Thuppakki is an action thriller movie revolving around a youngster Jagadish @ Vijay from a Mumbai-based Tamil family and his decisions he takes after his life undergoes a sudden turn was the short summary for the whole venture. Vijay is an army cop and also a D.I.A agent in Military who comes back from army on a 40days vacation for his marriage engagement with the girl Kajal Agarwal. Thuppakki starts with a slow trends with beautiful romantic slides between vijay and kajal and which leds them both to tie up soon with some duo romantic songs at the start itself which makes audience to think its rounding up in the same level of love feels.
Later on when the film crosses nearly its 1 hour of time the director of the movie A.R Murugadoss brilliant screenplay plays the major key role in Vijay’s carrier to be said inside the script Thuppakki. Vijay has the greatest task as a military man to save his nation against the sleeper cells terrorists and get the main man who is organizing every terrorist act in the nation. Sathyan @ Balaji comes along with vijay to crack some good jokes and travels along with him at serious turns into the movie. To be a short , Thuppakki is all about how Jagadish@ Vijay takes out the terrorist main marked man in a different screenplay which entertains the audience.
A.R Murugadoss must be given a big applauds for giving a different color to Vijay’s carrier as this movie will speak out louder about Vijay’s acting which is tremendous to be appreciated because in all scenes Vijay carried the whole enlightened stylish and decent acting which impresses all classes people to experience a different Vijay on Big screens. Especially for the fast suspense screenplay which is much travelled between tensed and romantic halves for both sides Vijay was shaped by the director A.R.Murugadoss.
The music made audience to tap their feet especially for Kutti pulli kootam, Antarctica, and Google Google song which was the maximum hit numbers these days. Background score at certain points for vijay’s moves are tremendously classic. Improvement in music needs only in the fighting sequences as Harris once again tried his level best in those sequences. Rather than it was a nice composition of music that travels to fastness of its screenplay.
Cinematographer Santhosh Sivan’s first film with Vijay and A.R Murugadoss, and the frames are professional and matches to International standards importantly to be marked Vijay looks really a glue stylish and perfect fit into the costumes of Thuppakki. Santhosh Sivan seemed enjoyed well to come in google google song piece also as he have done a good hand with camera showing beautiful frames throughout the movie.
Kajal Agarwal the girl who steals all youngsters heart have a big role in this movie as she comes for romance but not for more glitters as her role is reasonably done good by her and appreciated by every audience. Kajal simply glorifies herself with her moves and expressions.
Vidyut Jamwal , the man who portrays the villain at certain time competes vijay himself, as he did marvelous job without fearless looks but have the nature of its elegance with his performance sometimes out-takes every lead roles in the film. The best choice for a terrorist role by the director.
Coming to the change, Vijay, one of the top best film’s in his carrier which marked in acting, dialogue deliveries, comedy timings, stunts, dance and changing himself to fit perfect for the role Jagadish.
